Podcast: Personal broadcasting, activism and the digital divide (34.87MB; download) -- Finally! I am set up to record cellphone conversations. Now I can interview people all over the country, and can stop pestering my fellow graduate students to be a part of my podcasts. I hope to interview a wide range of interesting people. This week Brian Russell of AudioActivism.org was kind enough to join me for this podcast, which is substituting for Monday's blog entry.
Brian and I talked about a number of great topics, including citizen-media (with a broadcast/podcast bent), media activism and how to cross the digital divide, without imposing upon people who may not have an interest in learning about technology.
